1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and the United Arab Emirates only.
All orders to these destinations qualify for free shipping.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing days are Monday through Friday.
3. What is the order cutoff time?
The daily order cutoff time is 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
4. How long does shipping take?
- Transit Time: 6–12 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (processing + shipping)
Delivery estimates apply to business days only (Monday–Friday).
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
No minimum purchase is required.
6. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

- We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

12. What causes delivery delays?
